Prep time




  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1 cups frozen blueberries

  • ½ cups frozen banana

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ cup of ice cubes

  • ¼ cup oats

  • 1 tablespoon flax Seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon stevia


  • Place the oats in the blender. Blend until it becomes a fine powder. Add frozen blueberries, frozen bananas, vanilla yogurt, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, flax seeds, stevia, and ice cubes. Blend until all ingredients are smooth. Serve immediately!
