Ingredients

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 1 cup of espresso

  • ⅓ cup of soy milk

  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon chai tea mix

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger powder

  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground clove

Directions

  • Prepare a saucepan over medium heat, heat the soy milk and chai milk mixture, add cinnamon, ginger powder, cardamom, and clove. Stir and let it smell good and boil.
  • Pour into a glass filled with espresso, add honey or maple syrup to taste. And garnish with 2 cinnamon sticks. And Chai Soy Latte is ready to be enjoyed
