  • 2 lb chicken breasts cut into bite-sized cubes

  • 2 ½ cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1 ½ cups cooked long-grain white rice

  • ½ cup milk

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup

  • 2 tablespoon curly parsley to garnish

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Grease a baking sheet or casserole dish with oil or butter.
  • Heat the butter until melted in a large saucepan over medium heat. Enter the chicken that has been cut into bite-sized pieces, season with Italian spices, salt, and pepper to taste.
