Ingredients

  • 1 pound thigh or chicken breast chicken (diced or cut into bite sizes)

  • 3 fried tofu puffs

  • 8 ounces shrimp (Peel and clean)

  • 8 ounces of rice noodles

  • 1 14 oz coconut cream or coconut milk

  • 3 cups chicken stock

  • 1 ½ cups bean sprouts

  • ½ cup laksa paste

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Directions
