Cranberry Orange Meatballs make the perfect appetizer for dinner on Christmas Eve. Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds frozen fully cooked meatballs (beef or turkey)

  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce (about 14 ounces)

  • 1 cup of orange juice

  • ½ cup chili sauce

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients, namely orange juice, whole berry cranberry sauce, chili sauce into the pan, stir and cook over medium heat. Add honey and season with Salt and pepper to taste, stir again and let the sauce boil and thicken.
  • Reduce the heat and enter the meatballs carefully while continuing to stir until the sauce coats the meatballs perfectly. Cook for about 15 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked and the sauce thickens.
