1 pound cooked chopped bacon
10 medium-size boiled potatoes
10 boiled eggs
2 cups of mayo
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup dill weed seasoning
1 tablespoon finely diced fresh chives
1 tablespoon finely diced fresh parsley
2 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
- Peel the egg that has been boiled beforehand, cut it in half and remove the yolk, set aside. Cut the remaining egg whites into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the egg yolks in a large bowl filled with mayo, sour cream, dill weed, shallot powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until combined. Add the boiled potatoes, cooked bacon, and chopped egg whites. Stir again until all the dough is combined and looks soft. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
