Ingredients

  • 1 pound Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges

  • 1 English cucumber, cut into wedges

  • 2 avocados, cut into wedges

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 3 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro parsley

  • 2 tablespoons champagne or white balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • Place the chopped cucumber, tomato, and avocado in the salad bowl.
  • Place olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, fresh dill, dried basil, minced garlic or garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir until blended and mixed. Pour over the vegetables and stir again until the sauce coats the vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro parsley or cilantro on top. Serve and enjoy !!!
