  • 20 small flour tortillas

  • 1 lb. strawberries, diced

  • 1 stick butter, melted

  • 3 ½ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 cup sugar, divided

  • ⅛ cup vodka

  • ⅛ cup water

  • ⅛ cup strawberry preserves

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix ⅔ cup sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Cook 1 lb. strawberries in a saucepan over medium-low heat, add cup sugar, ⅛ cup vodka, and ⅛ cup water. Cook for 10 minutes until it boils. Add ⅛ cup strawberry preserves and cook for another 1 hour or until sauce thickens. Turn off the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
