Gingerbread Bundt Cake:

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup vegetable oil or canola

  • 1 cup molasses

  • 1 cup hot water

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar or brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger

  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • LEMON GLAZE:
  • 1 ½ cups confectioners sugar or powdered sugar

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 325 ° F (165 ° C). Grease a baking sheet or Bundt pan with butter or spray with nonstick baking spray.
  • Get a large bowl. Add the sifted flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
