Ingredients

  • 1 pound Greek Marinated Chicken Breast boneless skinless, sliced

  • 6 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce

  • 2 cups Mediterranean Tomato Salad or Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 cup chopped Persian Cucumber or seedless cucumber

  • ¼ cup Kalamata Olives

  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese broken into chunks

  • fresh oregano leaves

  • GREEK DRESSING:
  • ¼ cup extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

  • 2 teaspoons oregano

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • ½ teaspoon each of kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  • Add the chicken slices, lettuce, tomato salad, cucumber, olives, oregano leaves, and feta cheese to a large salad bowl.
