Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar or powdered sugar

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 4 egg whites

  • sugar eye candy and edible black ink for garnish

  • Food coloring: Orange paste color, Red paste color, Black paste color

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 120 – 225 C and grease the pan with butter or non-stick paper.
  • Enter the egg white and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Add cream of tartar and salt and beat again. Slowly add granulated or powdered sugar and white sugar while continuing to beat. And finally, add the vanilla essence and beat until the meringue mixture is finished.
