Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 minced garlic clove

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • ½ cup of soy sauce

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ½ teaspoon chopped ginger

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
