Ingredients

  • 2 packages Instant mashed potatoes

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • ½ pound Italian sweet sausage

  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables

  • 1½ cups beef-flavored broth

  • ½ cup chopped onion

  • ¼ cup dry red wine

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon pepper

  • Topping:
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  • ¼ pound sliced Provolone cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 ° F. Line a baking sheet with butter or nonstick paper.
