  • 2 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil

  • 2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 2 teaspoon minced ginger

  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes or red pepper flakes

  • 3 sliced spring onions

Directions

  • Prepare a bowl, put the chicken in it, add buttermilk, garlic salt, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir and allow the spices to infuse or place in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight is preferable.
  • After the seasoned chicken is soaked, add all-purpose flour, garlic salt, celery salt, paprika, baking powder, dried thyme, chili flakes, salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Stir and let the flour mixture coat the chicken. Repeat until the dough coats the chicken completely.
