Melted Cheesy Mexican Pizza Recipe
Mexican Pizza is basically a taco in the form of pizza. This is a delicious combination of two of the best food ever.
The way of making it is quite easy. Namely, simply prepare a warm flour tortilla and then coat it with traditional taco filling such as spiced ground beef and refried beans. And don’t forget to add lots of melted cheese. Making this one food deserves and truly deserves to be coveted.
However, most Mexican pizzas are personal size made with tortillas and tacos. But if you want a bigger size or what we call a “party size” Mexican pizza, we’ll give you the recipe just for you and your family at home.

Ingredients For Mexican Pizza:
4 large flour tortillas. Grande size or burrito
1 pound ground beef
1/2 packet taco seasoning based on 1oz packet
1 cup Old El Paso Shredded Cheese Mexican Taco Blend
1 cup refried beans
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
1 cup red enchilada sauce
Cilantro & sour cream for garnish — Or any of your favorite taco toppings!
How To Make Melted Cheesy Mexican Pizza :
First, cook the ground beef with taco seasoning, until browned. Then drain and set aside.
Then heat the tortillas in a flat skillet, turning as needed, until each side is starting to crispy and slightly brown.
Line a baking sheet with something like oil or butter to keep it from sticking. Then coat one tortilla with refried beans, cheese, and ground beef. Sprinkle with the other tortilla.
Spread 3-4 tablespoons of enchilada sauce over the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 “dry on the edges.
Sprinkle with cheese, leaving 1/2 “space around the edges of the tortilla once more. Then place in the broiler for 2 minutes, turning the pan halfway.
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly, then sprinkle with chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream or any other topping you prefer.
