What Are Pancakes?
Pancakes are a type of pancake made from a mixture of flour, chicken eggs, sugar, and milk or buttermilk, or yogurt, or soy milk cooked on a flat pan smeared with a little butter or oil. The dough is usually mixed with baking powder, baking soda, yeast, beer, or beaten egg whites.
Sometimes maple syrup, jam, or honey is poured on top for added sweetness. Apart from that, pancakes are also often eaten with cheese, berries, and cutlets for savory pancakes. Usually, this cake is used as a dessert or breakfast menu because it is fast and easy to make. However, in British society, this sweet snack is often served as the main menu.
The pancake itself is one of the classic or old foods because it has been around for a long time, but unfortunately, it was not as popular in society as it is today. The origin of this Pancake is even believed to have existed since the time of Ancient Roman Civilization. Initially, this pancake was named Alita Dolcia, which means “sweet food”, which at that time was made from flour, milk, and spices.
At the beginning of its appearance, pancakes only came with one taste, namely the original taste. However, the flavors of these pancakes have varied over time. Until now, pancakes are available in a variety of tastes that are more attractive and delicious. One of the innovations of the pancakes is the Peanut Butter Apple-Stuffed Pancakes. Here is the recipe for you.
