Ingredients
1 packet instant ramen, crumble into small pieces
6 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
½ cups sliced almonds or slivered
2/3 cup chopped green onions
¼ cup canola or peanut oil
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar or honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Bake pre-mashed ramen, almonds, and sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat until brown or dry. Set aside.
- Prepare several bowls. In a large bowl, add chopped green onions, green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots. Stir well and store in the refrigerator.
