Raspberry Truffle Mocha is a menu that is present at Starbucks Philippines. This menu was released on January 9, 2015, together with another menu, namely Chestnut Praline Latte which remains popular today.

Raspberry Truffle Mocha itself is made from a mixture of almond milk, espresso coffee, heavy whipped cream, cocoa powder, cocoa swerve sweetener and red raspberry syrup or raspberry extract served warm with a sprinkling of whipped cream and truffle sauce on top. This drink tastes so good even from the first sip, as there you will literally be able to taste the raspberry flavor throughout the drink and a hint of truffle flavor giving it the perfect kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk

  • ½ cup Espresso or Strongly Brewed Coffee

  • ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Swerve Sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon Red Raspberry Syrup or Raspberry Extract

  • Raspberry, whipped cream, and truffle sauce for serve

Directions

  • Combine almond milk, espresso, heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, and cocoa swerve sweetener in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir until combined and let it boil. Add red raspberry syrup or raspberry extract. Stir and pour into a mug or serving glass. Sprinkle with whipped cream and truffle sauce. Enjoy !!
