Ingredients

  • 8 oz. root beer

  • 6 oz. chopped dark semi-sweet chocolate

  • 3 oz. chopped unsweetened chocolate

  • 3 oz. white chocolate

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2/3 cup flour

  • ½ cup of cocoa powder

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • ½ cup white sugar

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • Cream Cheese Vanilla:
  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • ¼ cup cream

  • 5 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 ½ teaspoons flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 large egg

  • Pinch salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. And grease the baking sheet with butter or nonstick paper.
  • Heat the pan, melt the butter. Add cocoa powder, dark semi-sweet chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, and sugar. Melt, stirring frequently, until the sugar dissolves and the chocolate mixture is well blended.
  • Prepare several medium-sized bowls. In the first bowl, put brown sugar, white sugar, and eggs. Shake until combined, add root beer or you can also use root beer extract.
  • In a second bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Enter the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture, and stir until everything is well blended. Pour into a greased baking sheet or nonstick paper. Smooth it out.
  • Add cream cheese, white chocolate, flour, salt, and cream, mixer for 5 minutes, or until all ingredients are smooth. Make sure to beat the dough to be very smooth and soft without any lumps.
