Root Beer Float Fudge

Root Beer Float Fudge is a fudge that smells beautifully and smells like root beer combined with vanilla ice cream. This layered fudge is made of sugar, butter, salt, a cream which together with white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream for the bottom dough. While the dough consists of a mixture of sugar, butter, salt, cream along with the root beer extract.

Let’s Prepare Ingredients:

White Chocolate Chips
Marshmallow Cream
Sugar
Root Beer Extract
Heavy cream
butter
Salt

Easy Ways to Make Root Beer Float Fudge:

Put sugar in a large saucepan over low heat, add butter, salt and cream. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly or until melted and the mixture is evenly mixed. Turn off the heat and remove the pan. Add white chocolate chip and marshmallow cream. Stir for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and is well blended. Pour half the batter into the nonstick pan and distribute with a spatula.

Mix the remaining fudge mixture with the root beer extract. Stir until the mixture is combined. Pour over the white fudge and twist the two layers with a knife. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 ½ cups marshmallow cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup butter

  • 3 teaspoons root beer extract

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick paper.
  • Put sugar in a large saucepan over low heat, add butter, salt and cream. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly or until it’s melted and the mixture is evenly mixed. Turn off the heat and remove the pan. Add white chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Stir for a few minutes until the mixture thickens and is well blended. Pour half the batter into the nonstick pan and distribute it with a spatula.
  • Mix the remaining half of the fudge mixture with the root beer extract. Stir until the mixture is combined. Pour over the white fudge and rotate the two layers with a knife. Store in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Once cool, cut it into small squares. Store in a container or bowl. Enjoy !!
