Root Beer Float Popsicles is a snack with a delicious, lingering vanilla aroma that everyone will love. This snack itself is made from Root Beer and vanilla ice cream that is packaged in popsicle molds and frozen into a delicious treat that’s easy to make with just two ingredients.

Ingredients And How To Make Root Beer Float Popsicles:

A&W® Root Beer
Vanilla Ice Cream
Maraschino cherries, optional

Place the cherries according to taste in each popsicle mold and pour A & W® Root Beer into each mold until it is half full. Slowly pour one scoop of ice cream into each mold so that it is now three-quarters of the way. Slowly add A & W® Root Beer until each mold is full. If there is still foam, clean it with a spoon. Store in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours. Once frozen, remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before removing the dough from the mold.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups A&W® Root Beer

  • 2 ½ cups Vanilla Ice Cream

  • 6 Maraschino Cherries, optional

Directions

  • Place the cherries according to taste in each popsicle mold and pour A & W® Root Beer into each mold until it is half full. Slowly scoop one scoop of ice cream into each mold so that it is now three-quarters full. Slowly add another A & W® Root Beer until each mold is full. If there is still foam, clean it with a spoon. Store in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours. Once frozen, remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes before removing the dough from the mold.
