INGREDIENTS:
1 pound Shrimp
5 – 8 slices of chopped bacon
8 ounces cooked Pasta Fettuccini (455 g)
3 cups spinach (120 g)
2 cups heavy cream (480 mL)
1 cup Parmesan Cheese (110 g)
1 Tbsp cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves of Garlic
½ chopped onion
½ cup chopped fresh parsley (20 g)
INSTRUCTIONS:

First, prepare a large saucepan then heat the oil over medium heat.

Sauté chopped garlic and shrimp until the shrimp is pink (about 5-6 minutes). Then remove the shrimp and set aside.

Add spinach, onions, salt, and pepper. Stir until the spinach is wilted and the onions are translucent.

Cook the bacon in different pans, then cut into pieces.

Add cream, bring to a boil then add cooked fettuccini, stir until the pasta is cooked evenly.

Combine cooked prawns, chopped bacon, parmesan cheese, and parsley. Cook until the cheese is completely melted.
