One special drink that you can try is Starbuck Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with a blend of classic Starbucks cold brew coffee with traditional pumpkin flavors, vanilla syrup, plus a light pumpkin-flavored cold foam cream.

Together with Starbucks Almondmilk Hazelnut Latte, Pumpkin Spice Nitro Cold Brew, and Pumpkin Spice Latte which is a limited Autumn menu that can only be enjoyed in Autumn. This fall range of drinks can be enjoyed at all Starbucks outlets from 7 September – 1 November 2020.

The drink that is here to celebrate this fall collaborates the taste of Starbucks coffee that blends perfectly with the soothing aroma of pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mixed with pumpkin cream, whipped cream, and cinnamon powder.

However, you don’t need to buy or come all the way to Starbuck, because you can make it yourself at home. Of course, with almost the exact same ingredients. You can start preparing some easily available ingredients such as ground coffee, vanilla extract, sugar or vanilla syrup, pumpkin cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and heavy whipping cream. Where all the ingredients are mixed into one glass and ready to be enjoyed. Either warm or with added ice cubes.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. pumpkin cream

  • 4 cup of water

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup vanilla sugar or granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • Topping:
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon or ginger or nutmeg or cloves

Directions

  • First, roughly grind 1 cup of coffee beans. Put it in a teapot and add water. Stir well and let it cool. Pour and strain the coffee gently with cheesecloth over the teapot or bowl.
  • Combine granulated sugar, vanilla extract, pumpkin cream, pumpkin pulp, and pumpkin spices in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Make sure it doesn’t boil. Remove and let cool. Strain and store in the refrigerator.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the coffee, and the cooled cream liquid. Pour the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon or ginger or nutmeg or cloves. Homemade Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew ready to be enjoyed.
