12-ounce tuna in water, drained (need at least 2 cans of tuna)
10 slices bread
1 clove garlic minced
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion or red onion
2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish or dill relish
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper or black pepper
- Prepare a medium-sized bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise or salad dressing, celery, onion or red onion, sweet pickle relish or dill relish, fresh lemon juice, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper or black pepper.
